Effigy Update

This is an update of the effigy observation Oct. 30, 2009 in Chillicothe, Mo. on Cherry St. I have discussed it with the Mayor

of Chillicothe and a Justice Department representative. There will be a meeting of some Chillicothe city officials including the sheriff at Mt. Zion Baptist Church after the holidays. The Justice Department representative asked me to be his contact person and I agreed as well as offering the suggested meeting place. This will be set up by the Justice Department. Once this is done, he will call me.
